The area offers easily accessible nature with forest areas, mountain trails, and excellent hiking opportunities both summer and winter. Most of the cabins along the road were built in the 1950s, and later a newer section was developed toward Gjestbods\u00e5sen. Here you&#8217;ll find cabins with electricity and water taps, providing good comfort in traditional mountain surroundings.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is also where you&#8217;ll find the well-known Luddenhytta, where Ludvik Olestadengen lived for 40 years until 1955. The cabin is open so everyone can go inside and experience how Ludden lived.<br\/>From here, a new hiking trail has been established toward Gjestbods\u00e5sen and Midtfjellkoia, designed to be accessible to everyone. <br\/><br\/>Ku\u00e5sen is a popular starting point for cycling, hiking, and cross-country skiing, and the short distance to Kroksj\u00f8en and Sjusj\u00f8en makes the area attractive for outdoor activities and recreation.
