Development of public water and sewage systems has been a central part of the zoning plan. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Following the announced start in 2016 and broad participation through information meetings and consultation rounds, the plan was adopted in 2018.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Along the way, several plots have been removed or adjusted to avoid encroachment on wetlands and vulnerable nature, and strict requirements have been set for aesthetics, terrain adaptation, and technical infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pihl AS holds construction meetings with contractor Maskinkraft every other week during the construction period. The meetings include a standing item focusing on the external environment, where environmental considerations are assessed continuously. The work shall be carried out as gently as possible, and limitations have been imposed on construction width adapted to machinery use to reduce encroachment on the terrain.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By investing in modern water and sewage solutions, Kroksj\u00f8lia is taking an important step toward a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future.
