If you plan to build a new cabin or an extension, Pihl, as the landowner, must provide a statement for the building application.
For the construction of a new recreational dwelling or an extension exceeding 15 m2, we will receive a copy of the building application from Ringsaker Municipality.
Ringsaker Municipality – Building Applications
Extensions up to 15 m2
Extensions up to 15 m2 do not require an application to Ringsaker Municipality, but must be approved by the landowner. Applications are submitted via the form below.
Construction on the plot must be within the area regulations for the relevant zone. Extensions must maintain a minimum distance of 4.0 meters from the neighboring property line.
It is the responsibility of the cabin owner/leaseholder to ensure that construction complies with the municipal plan and the area’s zoning plan.
To approve the measure, we need:
– Site plan
– Simple facade drawing marked with the area of new and existing construction
The developer must inform the municipality about the placement of the extension once completed, so that its location can be entered into the municipality’s map database.
