Common Initiatives and User Fees

Interest in cabins and leisure activities in Pihl is high—and constantly growing. We work continuously to meet the expectations of our cabin owners and create great experiences all year round.

With us, you will find well-organized cabin areas with high-quality facilities, designed for both sports and outdoor life. Whether you prefer skiing, cycling, hiking, or quiet recreation, we have the offerings that make cabin life complete.

All cabin owners in the area contribute to joint initiatives, in accordance with the agreement with the homeowners’ associations. Costs for the operation and maintenance of cabin roads and water stations form the basis for the user fees for each individual cabin owner.

Contribution to trail and track work

For cabin owners with freehold plots in the Pihl area, a fixed contribution is included for the development and maintenance of trails, cycling routes, and ski tracks. This contribution is invoiced together with the annual user fee and is part of the agreement regarding the redemption of the plot.

The purpose of the contribution is to ensure and maintain a high-quality offering for outdoor activities year-round. The funds go directly to the Ski Association, which is responsible for trail grooming and the maintenance of the extensive trail network in the area.
