As a cabin owner, you are responsible for plowing the access road to your cabin. Here you will find contact information for the contractor in your area. The landowner decides on winter plowing in cabin areas on a case-by-case basis, considering the area’s location, interest among cabin owners, the economics of plowing, consideration for ski trails, and the environmental impact on the area.
Sjusjøen
Sjusjøen Vel has entered into an agreement with RingsakFjellet Drift for the area from Sjusjøen center to Kroksjøen for the 25-26 winter season. Read more about the agreement on the homeowners association’s website.

Kuåsen, Elgåsen, and Aksjøen
Storåsen AS is responsible for plowing main roads and cabin roads. Plowing to the cabins is managed via a dedicated app/website for cabin owners. See more info on the Storåsen AS website.
Ljøsheim and Grunnåsen
Fjellved AS is responsible for plowing the cabin roads at Ljøsheim and Grunnåsen.
Main roads at Ljøsheim and in Åstdalen are plowed by Pihl.
Nysetra
Plowing is provided here for the winter and Easter holidays.
Plowing is done sporadically outside of these times, when we have capacity and the weather is stable. The road is not kept open during snowfall on weekends.
